On 22-24 of June there was a special course on Bioinformatics and Terahertz Spectroscopy in our lab. The course has been prepared and performed by M. K. Khodzitsky, the head of Terahertz Biomedicine laboratory, and Yu. B. Porozov, a well-known specialist in Bioinformatics.
During the course students were getting knowledge about bioinformatics, its main principles and fundamentals, as well as about proteins, genes and their numerical simulation.
