From October, 28 to November, 4 the delegates from Terahertz Biomedicine Lab visited Changchun University of Science and Technology (China) in frame of 1st <\/sup>CUST and ITMO International and Academic Forum that brought together more than a hundred specialists from China and Russia. During this time they visited the university\u2019s labs, research centers. Most of them represented their current research topics related to biophotonics.<\/p>\n

-I really enjoyed the trip. I am Chinese, so it was an opportunity to remember my native language, because my colleagues had some problems in communication.<\/p>\n

-I have been to China for a first time, so I was really excited. Some kind of their laboratory equipment was very unusual for us, so I think we need to get some experience from our Chinese colleagues.<\/p>\n

The journey was very interesting. I visited Changchun University and met some new friends. I had the oral talk related to blood properties in terahertz frequency range. It was a good chance to make new professional contacts.<\/p>\n

Changchun University of Science and Technology was founded by the former vice chairman of\u00a0China Association for Science and Technology\u00a0and the founder of the\u00a0Chinese Optical Society,\u00a0Wang Daheng\u00a0in 1958 in\u00a0Changchun,\u00a0Jilin,\u00a0China.<\/p>\n
